Dr. Sandeep Kumar is an experienced GP with over 15 years of clinical practice, known for his compassionate care and focus on evidence-based medicine. He manages a wide range of acute and chronic conditions and builds strong, lasting relationships with patients of all ages.
Before relocating to Australia, Dr. Kumar practiced in Abu Dhabi and Pakistan, bringing a wealth of international experience and cultural understanding to his work. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Sindhi, Urdu, and conversational Punjabi, and is passionate about preventive health, lifestyle medicine, and mental wellness.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys hiking, reading, and exploring nature.
Dr. Eman Khalaf

Dr. Eman Khalaf is an experienced General Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical practice
across the UAE and Egypt. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
through both face-to-face and telemedical consultations.
Dr. Khalaf holds an International Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK)
– MRCGP [Int], a Diploma in Diabetes from the University of Leicester (UK), and a Bachelor of
Medicine (MBBch) from Mansoura University, Egypt. Her extensive training and international qualifications support her commitment to evidence-based, comprehensive medical care.
She provides holistic care across all areas of general practice, including children’s health, women’s
health, and the management of both simple and complex medical conditions. Fluent in Arabic and English, Dr. Khalaf warmly welcomes patients from diverse backgrounds and believes healthcare should be personal, accessible, and empowering. Throughout her career, she has participated in professional audits, supported internship training, and led the COVID-19 Home Isolation Program, demonstrating leadership and dedication during critical times. She finds the greatest fulfillment in being a GP when she sees the real impact of her care — especially when a small piece of advice can change someone’s life.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Khalaf enjoys cooking healthy meals, exploring historical and nature-rich

Rachael Rogers is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with over seven years of experience in the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Southern Cross University and is a proud member of the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA). Rachael is also registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Rachael’s professional journey has provided her with diverse experience, including roles on medical wards at local hospitals in the Northern Rivers region and in general practice settings. Her expertise spans general nursing services and clinic care, where she focuses on delivering patient-centred, holistic care tailored to individual needs.

Her passion for empowering others and fostering holistic well-being is at the core of her practice. Hi, I’m Bianca! I’m a proud Northern Rivers local with a passion for creating a warm, welcoming space for both our patients and staff here at Lismore Doctors. My background in childcare and as a personal assistant has given me a strong foundation in organisation, communication, and teamwork—skills that I now bring to my role as Practice Manager.
I’ve always loved being part of a team and take pride in fostering a positive, supportive environment. Whether it’s making sure the practice runs smoothly, helping my colleagues, or greeting patients with a friendly smile, I believe in going the extra mile to ensure everyone feels valued and cared for.
Outside of work, I love keeping busy with my family and enjoying everything our beautiful community has to offer.
